We want you to be fully satisfied with your Drop Dead haul, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the unique aesthetic of your garment is preserved for a successful refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number along with your email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene stickers and hangtags are intact and the garment is folded neatly.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your generated pre-paid shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality control, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
